What if the opposite is true?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a war on for talent. In today\u2019s business environment we need more and better leadership talent at all levels to lead our organizations. At the same time, it is harder than ever to retain talent as it seeks careers across multiple organizations. It is time however to stop fighting these symptoms and regard talent mobility as an important solution to today\u2019s strategic resource management challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Talent mobility allows for much more resourcing flexibility to quickly take advantage of business opportunities, to adapt to changing market conditions, or to undertake major one-off business improvement efforts. In other words, exactly what is needed in today\u2019s dynamic and competitive business environment.
